Are you going through or approaching the Menopause? do you have days where you feel isolated, lonely & that you are “losing your mind?” Then this Workshop is for you.
The Workshop is designed for women who are in the Menopause & experiencing symptoms such as “brain fog”, fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety, loss of confidence & that feeling of being “ungrounded”. All common symptoms of menopause, in fact many women begin to experience some of these troubling symptoms in peri-menopause & post menopause. If this state persists over time you may find that your quality of life, relationships & work can be significantly impacted.
Maybe you don’t know where to turn for help or you may be embarrassed to talk about what you are experiencing, as society doesn’t like to discuss the menopause too much & these symptoms are just the “tip of the iceberg.” However we all know that knowledge is power & the more that you empower yourself, the smoother your transition will be.
Menopause Yoga ® is a system of yoga designed to help women navigate through these menopausal years by including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) & meditations/visualisations specifically designed to enable you to deal with each stage of menopause a bit more.
The workshop also incorporates a women’s circle which will be a safe space to talk & share with other women who are going through what you are. We will share information & also discuss what other measures/help there is available for specific symptoms.
Just knowing you are not alone can be so helpful. The session will also include journal writing & reflection over a cup of tea at the close.
I will be keeping the numbers small so that you all have the opportunity to use your voice, something that can also be difficult at this time, feelings of not being “heard” or feeling invisible can be prominent.
The morning will be suitable for all women at any stage of the menopause but especially if you are struggling with the symptoms above.
