Hatha Yoga
Differentiating between the different styles of Yoga classes available to chose can be very confusing. There are so many names and varieties of yoga classes that you may not know where to turn. Its wonderful that so many people want to teach yoga and go to classes. At the end of the day it is all Yoga.
At the end of a Yoga class I would hope for you to feel:
A greater connection to yourself
A sense of wellbeing
Calmer
Less stressed
More supple
Have a slightly lower Blood Pressure and pulse
Have performed some bone loading activity
A sense of connection to others

Hatha Yoga is based on traditional yoga. My classes consist of working thorough the postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation. I like to work with a theme for a few weeks so that the students can feel a sense of progression.
My classes are designed to challenge you physically and emotionally, however we always work at a pace to suit you.
Trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWYQ) 500 hours. 2011-2014
